Our members are serious about exercise, and many work toward ambitious goals.  Others just come to challenge a friend at basketball or enjoy a fitness class.

Our fitness staff is available to instruct you in proper use of the equipment, spot you in the weight room, assist you with stretching and answer your questions.

Our fitness area include a variety of
state-of-the-art resistance training equipment, 
free weights and cardiovascular equipment for
all fitness levels.
Personal trainers work with a wide variety
of fitness levels, ranging from the new
exerciser to seasoned athletes striving
to reach peak performance.
